For the purpose and interpretation of this document EasyAfrica.co.uk and EasyAfrica.co.za will hereinafter be known as “EasyAfrica” All accommodation representatives will hereinafter be know as “Accommodation Supplier” All website users making reservations on EasyAfrica will hereinafter be known as “the customer”

All online reservation services made available on this website are done so by EasyAfrica. EasyAfrica agrees to provide the customer with the facilities to enable the customer to reserve accommodation as is listed on EasyAfrica. Use of these reservation facilities are subject to an agreement from EasyAfrica and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

a)
• It is agreed that no contract shall exist between EasyAfrica and the customer.
• If the customer reserve accommodation, then any contract which you enter into is entered into strictly between the customer and that Accommodation Supplier subject to the reservations terms and conditions of that Accommodation Supplier.
• It is the customers’ responsibility to fully acquaint yourself with the terms and conditions of that Accommodation Supplier.
• The customer is advised to read the terms and conditions as set out hereunder prior to completing any reservation on this website.

b) Upon completing any reservation, EasyAfrica agrees to use it’s best endeavour’s to forward your reservation to your chosen Accommodation Supplier electronically as soon as is reasonably possible.

c) In the unlikely event that the customer reserves accommodation through EasyAfrica and the Accommodation Supplier fails for whatever reason to provide the customer with the reserved accommodation, no liability shall fall to EasyAfrica. The customer agrees to waive any claim against EasyAfrica for any losses or damages arising from the failure of the Accommodation Supplier to provide you with any reserved accommodation for whatever reason, or in the event that the accommodation provided is inadequate, or in the event that the accommodation provided has been mis-described, or for any losses or damages (to include costs) incurred during your stay.

d) A Deposit is required to secure your reservation. The amounts are debited from your credit card by EasyAfrica are non-refundable.

e) The customer is responsible for imbursement of the balance and any additional costs incurred by the customer with the Accommodation Supplier. All costs incurred are payable to the Accommodation Supplier in local currency as per the Accommodation Suppliers request.

f) EasyAfrica reserves the right to refuse a reservation made by the customer in the event that the payment and personal details entered by the customer do not meet the legal requirements for online payment transactions

g) It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the Accommodation Supplier of any change in reservation details. This includes change in date and arrival time, change in date and departure time or cancellation.

h) The laws governing the provision of these facilities shall be the laws of England.

Procedure
EasyAfrica electronically transmits the details of the reservation to the Accommodation Supplier and the customer automatically. The Accommodation Supplier is then required to insert the reservation details into their in-house hotel management system as soon as they receive it. On occasion, due to reservations made within twenty four hours of arrival, Accommodation Supplier may not have entered the customers’ reservation details into the hotel management system. It is therefore the responsibility of the customer to present the Accommodation Supplier with a copy of the confirmation which was received by the customer.

Cancellation
All cancellations must be made in writing via email by mailing the letter of cancellation to cancellations@easyafrica.co.uk EasyAfrica will use its best endeavour’s to cancel the customers reservation when requested. The customer must ensure receipt of written confirmation of the cancellation from either EasyAfrica or the Hotel before the arrival date. A cancellation fee may be charged by the Accommodation Supplier.

Null and Viod
A proposed reservation shall be null and void in the following circumstances:
• If your credit card has passed its expiry date.
• If there are insufficient funds available on the credit card to complete the reservation.
• If the credit card details are incorrect and have been declined

By completing the reservation process, the customer authorise the Accommodation Supplier to debit credit card for the sum of any cancellation costs owed, as set out above.

Amendments to reservations
Please note that all changes to a reservation must be made in writing via email by mailing the appropriate changes in reservation to info@easyafrica.co.uk
